The Great Taste double-star badge is what made me try these, and honestly the sparkling finish is so much cleaner than any kombucha I've had. Poured over ice with a slice of lemon it's become my evening wind-down, and the 750mL bottles are generous enough for two long glasses.
The slow fermentation really comes through—there's a complexity here that reminds me of a proper sparkling wine, but without any of the headache afterward. I've already gone through two bottles just pairing it with Sunday lunches, and the 750mL size is perfect for sharing.
That silver at the London Wine Competition is well earned — the slow fermentation gives it a dry, wine-like complexity that fools you into thinking it's alcoholic. I've been swapping my evening glass for this and the tea flavor stays clean and crisp to the last sip. Already ordered another case.
