It's got that proper fermented depth from the live cultures, like a grown-up alternative to fizzy drinks. The dried grape skin shows up as a subtle wine-like finish that's genuinely impressive. I've been swapping my evening sauvignon blanc for this and I don't miss the alcohol one bit.
The live cultures give it a nice tangy finish, and I like that it’s only 67 kJ per 100mL so I can sip it guilt-free. It’s become my go-to for weeknight dinners when I want something fizzy and complex without the wine.
