The grape notes really come through on the nose, and it’s surprisingly dry and fruity for a non-alcoholic option. We paired it with a light dinner and it held up beautifully, like a proper sparkling wine. This case is going to be my go-to for every celebration now.
Opened one for New Year's Eve and honestly it felt like a treat, not a compromise—the Darjeeling base gives it that dry, elegant finish I usually only get from actual Champagne. The fizz holds up nicely in a flute and it's fruity but never sweet, perfect for anyone skipping alcohol.
