The buttery finish on this white peony rosé is what sold me — it's light bodied but still feels indulgent. I ordered a case of six for a weekend tasting and every bottle poured with that same fresh, fruity brightness.
The nose is all summer fruit and nougat, just like the description says, and it drinks even lighter than I expected for a sparkling tea. Opened a bottle with brunch this weekend and the whole table wanted another round.
The buttery mouthfeel really comes through—it’s light but somehow rich, and that nougat note on the nose is spot on. I ordered a case for our shop and it’s already getting reordered by customers who tried a glass.
