The live cultures give it a real complexity you don’t expect from a non-alcoholic drink—slightly tangy, with that dried grape skin adding a nice wine-like bite. Poured it over ice for a dinner party last week and everyone kept asking what it was. That Gold award makes sense once you sip it.
